REVERSE FLAME BOILERS
Advantages of Reverse Flame Steam Boiler:
Fuel Efficiency: The efficient heat transfer and combustion design of reverse flame steam boilers lead to higher fuel efficiency, resulting in cost savings over time.
Adaptability: Reverse flame boilers can be designed to accommodate various fuel types, providing flexibility to suit specific fuel availability and cost considerations.
Stable Performance: Reverse flame steam boilers tend to offer stable and reliable performance, even at variable steam demands.
MODEL : BHP-EN
Steam boiler monobloc, with reverse flame (pressurized combustion), pressure 12 bar (on request also 15 bar), high efficiency, equipped with wide furnace with wet back, dry saturated steam thanks to an effective humidity separator placed before the outlet.
Easy maintenance thanks to the big front door and to the bolted smoke chamber totally dismountable. Suitable to work with gas, oil or heavy oil. In accordance to EN 12953.
The reverse flame design is characterized by the following features:
Combustion Chamber: The combustion chamber of a reverse flame steam boiler is located at the rear of the boiler. The fuel (typically gas or oil) is injected into the combustion chamber where it mixes with air and ignites to produce a flame.
Heat Exchange: As the combustion gases are generated, they travel towards the front of the boiler, passing through the flue passages or boiler tubes. During this journey, heat is transferred from the hot gases to the water or steam surrounding the tubes.
Radiant Heat Transfer: The reverse flame design allows for more effective radiant heat transfer to the surrounding water or steam. This can enhance boiler efficiency and overall heat transfer performance.
Low Emissions: The reverse flame design can promote more complete combustion, leading to reduced emissions of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOx).
Compact Design: Reverse flame steam boilers often have a more compact design compared to traditional steam boilers, making them suitable for installations with limited space.
